Hello, I wish to cancel my order but am unable to change the order status to "order cancelled" and "refund". Take note that I have payed the extra cancellation fee for this! Have send a email to playup, have changed the prefix, have send a message to middleman heck even tried to contact seller directly. No response what so ever. I'm a bit tired to play this waiting game untill the warranty expires so I just wish to cancel my order, take my money that I paid for it and take my business elsewhere.
