There wasn't a Prefix for banned account or refunding so I chose "recalled account" as it seemed close enough. Even though he didn't take the account back, he got me banned instead. I blacked out my email address because I am using that email address and don’t want it out here on a public forum. I can send the u edited version via DM in needed . Also note that I Tried to buy from him on here and after 1-2 weeks of waiting for him to fulfill the order . I contacted him and he told me he doesn’t like this site and prefers to handle payment directly. I just found out the reason why I was banned a few days ago whenever I contacted yostar to see if I can get unbanned. So that is why there is a delay between intial purchase In February and the support email in July Since I believed I got banned for RMT and was so bummed out I didn't even want to contact support and beg for my account to be unbanned. I just asked them a few days ago though since I really wanted to play the game again and they told me I was banned for Refunding purchases in the amount of $169.94 and I must pay it off before they will.

The user just contacted me taunting me on discord. I haven’t reached out to him ever since this incident. I think this complete lack of professionalism and his very vague response of “ always buy at your own risk” without addressing the allegations means that he did refund . And he just won’t admit it . Like I said my account was banned for refunds . Not from purchasing an account or from RMT like I clearly admitted to the support staff. As seen in the embedded images . I mention topping up from a 3rd party twice and they clearly don’t care about none of that . Now I have purchased my way back into the account so I’m out $70 for cartels “ service” plus the $169 from HIS refunds . If you need even more proof I can simply ask them when did the refunds occurs . I would rather not risk it since I got my account back and don’t want to somehow jinx myself into having them Reban me.

Can you send your Terms and Conditions here? Also, the main issue here is that it got refunded back which puts all the blame on you since you are the one who made the purchases in-game. I don't think your Terms and Conditions covers you from this as it was clearly not the fault of the buyer that the purchases got refunded.

So you are admitting that the cause of @crazedmonk's account getting locked was because of the refund method that you used for this service of yours? You got paid for this service to purchase something for them in-game and then you refund it later, hence you did not lose anything at all while the buyer got their account locked because of your method. Do you think that is fair?
i always explain the risk about this method eventually his game is strict for it,And most of them got ban and they take it since they agree with my term and condition,as you can see this was last feb and Only him is here trying to get what he agreed to lose.
Did your buyers know that you are doing a refund method before they proceed with their order tho? Also, you should include that you are doing a refund method not just "#" method if you really want to be covered by your "Terms and Conditions" because that is what you are doing.
No I did not know he was going to refund. I have bought currency before in other games (not on this website) and everyone knows that refunding any purchase, legit or through a 3rd party is an instant ban on the game account. All non scam Top up services just use currency exchanges- usually in Singaporean dollars since its very cheap over there and promo deals/in app purchase coupons. Game companies might look the other way when it comes to topping up but I have never heard of any game company being okay with charge-backs. The only time you should refund is through the playstore/appstore the normal way. I don't see how anyone would spend money to willingly be instantly banned by refunding. The terms and conditions he said to you is the same one on his website. I can pull up the whole conversation log on Discord if I need too. Zero indication that he was going to refund the money. I am no longer in his discord server to provide screenshots,I left it after the order was complete. I can tell you though all I he did was copy/paste those ToS in a channel, told me to confirm and then he dm'ed me when he was ready as seen in the earlier messages.

@Cartel I can ask them the date of the refunds. they probably still have that on file. I was banned less then a month after topping up. I didn't even bother asking why I got banned since as stated before. 1. I assumed it was because of purchasing an account. 2. I assumed it was because I topped up with 3rd party Which is an acceptable risk, They didn't mention it was against ToS till a week after I topped up but i chalked it up to "eh should have known better anyways" and left it alone. I was also incredibly bummed out I spent so much time on the game everyday I didn't even touch my other legit account and swore off the game Until recently since there is a new banner for a unit I was hyped for during launch. I decided to just send them my plea email to see what would happen since I was no longer salty about it. That is when they told me the reason why I was banned. I'll take the $70 you stole from me. Even Better I would love to also get the $169 ransom fee I had to pay to get my account back since You were the one who put me in this spot. Yes the risk is there when it comes to this service everyone knows that but had the buyer known about your refund method then they would have thought it through 3, 4 or more times since you are just basically gonna take their money and leave their account at risk. Why do you need to refund it in the first place? Obviously, you already commissioned from your buyers' payment because you bought the item/in-currency much cheaper thru PlayStore legitly so why refund? Greed? Its more like a scam than a # method.

Is this in your Terms and Conditions as well during that time? Although i agree to your point that there's no conclusive proof that it was thru your service that caused the account getting locked. I'm assuming you still have the receipt for the in-game purchases that you made from this order? Can you please send us a screenshot of it, before and/or after you refunded it and better showing the date of when you made the refund. If you don't cooperate then its not gonna be good for you since you are hindering the progress of our investigation.
I just sent then an email asking when the refunds took place. Really didn't want to bring it up with them again now that I got my account back but whatever. Will update when I get a response back.
