What is up with almost every building needing these drawings and yet you dont ever get them? i have sent 100's of trains, planes and choppers and i am yet to get any technical drawings.... maybe the devs could make sure its easier to get when you have to use them pretty much all the time... it just makes the game boring and stand still when you cant get any further because of these missing drawings all the time. # #/Raidermanhc # .
