@Hulk, you should be able to understand this well. After I opened the dispute and tagged the account that left the negative feedback, it was @KyleShop who immediately responded. He replied as soon as he got the notification, even though none of his accounts were tagged. He is the one managing these accounts.

What he does is pay members from his Discord server to create PlayerUp accounts, and that’s how all of this is being done. He has always tried to destroy my business simply because I was doing better than him. He even reported my old Discord server, got it suspended, and caused me a lot of difficulties.

He is still harassing me even now, and it’s clear that he doesn’t want my negative feedback to be removed. He won’t allow my profile to stay in good standing. He is a very jealous person. I already made a complete post about him a few months ago you can see it below.

It took them 28 days to issue me a refund and I had to fight for it.
