    The method that most of these people use is a very scammy method. First, they take payment and then they go onto your account, buy however many v-bucks you purchased. Then they refund/cancel the payment through their card so you get v-bucks and they get their money. Turns out Epic can easily detect this and will ban your account. So you lose money and your account is banned. I would recommend only buying v-bucks from Epic.

    That is carding. The seller most likely used stolen credit/debit cards. Legit sellers which a lot of good reputation buy from different regions. I believe the cheapest you can get the 13.5K pack is around 30$ USD.
