I agreed to purchase one of the accounts (2008, Feedback 982) for a negotiated amount of $200 BTC. I requested a middleman service (PlayerUp), but the seller refused and insisted on direct BTC payment claiming PlayerUp was untrustworthy. They promised immediate delivery of account credentials after payment confirmation. I made the BTC payment. The transaction ID is visible in the blockchain explorer and marked as confirmed. After the payment was confirmed, the seller stopped responding entirely. No product or account details were ever delivered. I took screenshots of the chat afterward to preserve evidence in case the seller tried to delete the conversation on Telegram. A few minutes later I checked the chat again. but he disappeared from Telegram (last seen status shows “a long time ago”) then i realized he blocked me. I am attaching full screenshot logs of our chat and the BTC payment confirmation via Blockonomics This seller is engaging in fraudulent behavior, falsely advertising account sales and disappearing after receiving BTC payments without delivering the promised service. Please help me to get back my funds. I respectfully request PlayerUp or the relevant team to investigate, blacklist this user, and help in recovering the amount if possible or at least issue a platform ban and alert to protect future buyer
I can’t access the seller’s profile it says “This member limits who may view their full profile.” This is 100% a scam seller
Hello, this is not my telegram accounts , send me your telegram ID here ill show my proof if i have any deal or conversion with you
This user never deal or chat with me , i never do like this and i dont have accounts like he was looked , this user scammed by another fake telegram account or this user has used fake evidece to report me as scam , sometime this is another seller trick
check attached evidence below , we never deal with you and never blocked anyone , you are trying to do report fake scam post or you already scammed by fake telegram user
@Hulk It appears this user is attempting to take down my account using a fake profile and fabricated evidence. I’ve noticed a growing pattern where multiple sellers try to sabotage successful sellers by targeting their orders and accounts. This seems like yet another calculated attempt to do the same.
I did not reach out randomly or use a fake username; I communicated directly with Telegram username: @Dulaxseller. The chat history, screenshots, and proof of transaction clearly show that I was engaging with a seller using this exact handle. I proposed using PlayerUp’s middleman services to ensure safety. The seller outright rejected this, claiming “PlayerUp is untrustworthy,” and pushed for a direct BTC payment. This is a huge red flag any legitimate seller wouldn’t refuse a secure method. I paid 0.00214775 BTC (~$198) to the provided BTC address: bc1qjjvtxxrk7ga4exk5nqdsat0c2l4atxhcwnmklg. After payment confirmation (transaction ID provided via Blockonomics), the seller disappeared and blocked me on Telegram. The seller is now falsely claiming no contact was made, despite my timestamped screenshots showing the opposite. Rather than addressing the actual evidence, @Dulaxseller is making vague accusations that I am either a “fake user” or working with another “seller” to sabotage him. This tactic is commonly used by scammers to avoid responsibility and discredit legitimate claims. I have already attached: Full Telegram chat logs Screenshot of the BTC payment Proof of the seller’s Telegram ID These materials clearly show the offer, the payment, and the disappearance. @Hulk please help me to get back my money back
You're being tricked by someone, I wouldn't sell things like this. Check my plyerup account. We don't have any of these old accounts. We haven't blocked anyone either. Send another message to the person who called you. No one has been blocked on my account, so I will receive that message,But send the message from the place where you stopped in these photos. Make a video and post it here. Let's see.
upload video recod proof like this , everyone can use fake chat edit so we need live time recode proof if you have deal or chat with us
you can reply to same chat log again , you see our telegram account never blocked anyone so your message need to delivery if you talking with me , why your message never recived for us ??? you need to reply same chat log you have do not use new opening new chat .
@Hulk we never deal with this member , this memeber never talk his telegram ID or reply to message on playeurp we sent , look like he is another seller who need to report fake scam for down our business
@Hulk this thief is trying to make me look like a liar by asking a lot of questions. @Hulk , please give me my money back. I have already reported this thief to the police. If necessary, I will open an FBI file to get my money back. @Hulk , don't let these thieves scam our money.
I want to clarify that my screenshots are timestamped and clearly show communication with the Telegram username: @Dulaxseller, including the exact offer, the BTC address, and the conversation where PlayerUp middleman was refused. I never opened a new chat this was all conducted in the same thread. The seller blocked me immediately after receiving the payment. That’s why I can no longer message him. The idea that I have to send a video is a diversion tactic. Screenshots with full chat history, matching transaction IDs, and a visible username are standard proof across any dispute platform. If the seller believes this is a “fake chat,” then why is the BTC address he gave me matching the one I paid to, and why does the conversation match his own phrasing about rejecting PlayerUp? Asking for a live chat continuation is irrelevant once a seller blocks the buyer. I can’t reply to the same thread if I’ve been blocked. The scammer is now claiming that “no one has been blocked” and is showing a clean chat interface — this is highly misleading. Telegram allows deleting messages for both parties and then unblocking afterward. That’s why the chat may appear clean or why my messages now show as “not delivered” — he deleted the chat and blocked me right after receiving BTC, then unblocked to appear innocent. The proof I submitted already includes: The original screenshots before being blocked Full BTC payment to the wallet he provided Chat logs with his rejection of the PlayerUp middleman and insistence on BTC His demand for “live video” is an obvious deflection tactic. I also remind everyone that once you’re blocked, it’s impossible to “reply in the same chat” as the scammer suggests. Please investigate based on these records. I’m not here to defame anyone — I just want my funds recovered and this pattern of scamming stopped.
