    I won't write a lot here, I'll just assume you know what are IVs and why would you want to change them since you've already visited this thread.
    Is it safe or not? I can't say for sure. No one can, that is. But ever since FEH release at February 2nd, 2017 and to this day - no bans were occured for IV editing. So, as of now (version 3.0.0) it's safe, though anything can change at any moment.

    My prices:
    1-4 units - 1$ each
    5-9 units - 0.85$ each
    10 units and more - 0.7$ each
    25 units and more - 0.6$ each
