Selling Buying High games, low or very low WN8 account around 100€

Hello,

I am an avid World of Tanks player looking to play on a very low stats account. High amount of games is preferred, 15k+.
The account should have no games played on the T110E4, American tier 10 TD. Prize range around 100€, but that is up to debate. No Premium tanks or Gold on the account required!
I am willing to pay more if you have the E4 or T30 researched or a high perked american Crew, but no games must be played on the E4.
