From our years of trading, there is no such a ban account issue. Not even once. If you bought ban account from someone else before you find us, sorry to hear that. We recommend you to buy from only trusted, sales record proven and verified seller. You also should avoid paying in SL currency if you don't truly know that merchant well. There are many faked merchants among good merchants here.

Although we could help to report and they get banned and blocked from Playerup or SL, it takes time for you to get money back. Don't waste your time with spammers.

We don't mind to teach and help if you need something that is not related to the trading here with us. However, you still need to learn about SL by yourself. For an example; If you cannot fly or cannot enter in some adult sims, just simply change your maturity settings. Some sims do not allow you to fly or do not allow child to access. It does not mean the accounts are banned. If you are lazy to read and learn, no one can help you.
