Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I am reporting PlayerUp user dmatt-pro for fraud and scam. Between July 22 and July 24, 2026, I contacted this seller regarding a Claude subscription advertised on PlayerUp. PlayerUp username: dmatt-pro PlayerUp profile: https://www.playerup.com/dmatt-pro Telegram username advertised in the seller’s PlayerUp posts: @Dmatt4 Amount paid: Approximately $900 spent on Razer Gold gift cards Payment method: Razer Gold gift-card codes/PINs The seller publicly advertised Telegram username @Dmatt4 in PlayerUp posts for contact regarding the sale. The seller instructed me through Telegram to purchase Razer Gold gift cards and send the gift-card codes/PINs as payment for the promised Claude subscription. I sent the requested codes. The codes were redeemed. The seller did not provide the promised Claude subscription, did not provide any usable account or service, and did not refund my money. After redeeming the codes, the seller deleted the Telegram chat history and blocked my account. I made one attempt to contact the seller from a separate Telegram account, which was immediately blocked as well. The seller then changed their profile picture and hid or altered visible Telegram profile information. I have screenshots of the PlayerUp posts advertising @Dmatt4, the PlayerUp profile, the Telegram messages, the blocking/deleted-chat evidence, Razer Gold purchase receipts, and redemption information. Please immediately preserve all records connected to dmatt-pro, including listings, posts, messages, account details, login information, and transaction-related records. Investigate this account and take action to stop further fraud against PlayerUp users.
@Hulk I don't know this user who reported me, only thing I know is there's some people on this platform and forums who can go any length to reporting sellers or make a claim they got scammed so as to get a seller banned and this is my case. I don't scam anyone or do business with giftcard or RazerGold, I use player up, bank transfer and chime transfer only, for this user to come here saying I scammed them with giftcard is just so untrue. Secondly I got a threat text from another seller months ago after I reported his thread till he got banned and he said he was going to make sure I got banned too and that was the same day this report was made and that was why i didn't respond in it because I figured it was going to be him trying to do the same to me. I once reported to Telegram support player up where I showed that a lot of random telegram texted me saying they wanna purchase a product that I don't even have and even without responding they just come to player up to write that I scammed them without even responding to the chat, just like this one. Note: I didn't scam anyone and it's too easy for someone like myself to go create a report saying someone scammed me without even having any vivid proof and this will happen, that's what is happening here. I've been selling for months in this website and 2 reports saying I scammed them within same time frame without evidence is being used against my account. I don't do anything fraudulent in anyway and I never scammed this user, all I see are screenshots put together from a person with intent to ban me of the platform, why would a random user text me asking me for a Claude account stating I received a payment method I don't even have or use. I am not guilty of this offense and I can say that this user used a random new account to create this reports against.

"I never use gift cards or Razer Gold, only bank transfer and Chime." This is the lie the whole denial rests on, and it collapses immediately. His own PlayerUp listings publicly advertise "Telegram - DMATT4" as the contact for the sale. Those listings are in my first post and are still live on this site right now. I messaged that exact Telegram, and he told me to pay in Razer Gold PINs. Razer Gold Support has confirmed to me in writing that the exact PINs I sent were redeemed on July 23 to 24, 2026, and told me the redeeming account would be blocked. I cannot invent a Razer redemption confirmation, and it lines up to the day with our deal. So either @Dmatt4 in his listings is not him, which he cannot claim, or he does exactly the thing he swears he never does. 2. "Why would a buyer pay around $900 for a $25 listing?" Because the listing is the bait, not the price. The cheap post exists to pull buyers onto his Telegram (@Dmatt4). Once there, he upsold me a much larger package (Claude Code Max 20x and Codex Pro 20x), which is how the total reached roughly $900 in Razer Gold. The real number was set in chat, not on the listing. 3. "Random new account, no proof, a rival seller's revenge." I have no history with this seller. My only contact with him, ever, was as a buyer for the Claude subscription he advertised here. And this is not some throwaway grudge post: I have filed a formal complaint with the FBI's IC3 and a report with the FTC, both under my real legal name and address, signed under penalty of perjury. Nobody does that to frame a stranger over nothing. 4. "Multiple people reported me at the same time." He said that himself. Several independent buyers reporting the same seller, for the same behavior, in the same window, is the definition of a pattern. It is not proof that everyone is lying at once. It is the opposite. He deleted our entire Telegram history and blocked me the moment the codes were redeemed, then changed his profile picture. That is not the behavior of an innocent seller. It's cleanup, and it's exactly why I preserved everything in advance. What I'm asking staff and the middleman to do: Preserve everything tied to dmatt-pro: listings, private messages, login/IP/device records, and transaction records. Keep the High Risk flag and take action on the account. Verify for yourselves that the Telegram @Dmatt4 in his own live listings is this seller. I will hand the complete evidence set directly to staff or the middleman: the Razer fraud case and redemption timestamps, the IC3 and FTC reference numbers, the gift-card PINs, the purchase receipts, and the full listing and Telegram screenshots. Tell me where to send it and it's yours.

You can't lie against someone and not have good proof, I know I never scammed you of a $ or knew you anywhere, so I think I'd like you provide every proof here showing I received a gift card from you or had any related conversations with you You could be anyone and anyone can easily make this false claims by opening a dispute about anyone else on this website but the evidence I did any of this is what should be shown as I know 100% I didn't take a dime from you regarding any account or purchase. Falsely accusing me with a random screenshot of same accusations you're making here of me getting a payment from you is still what you're still saying here. I dont know you or ever transacted with you.

@Hulk @Middleman My full account is in my post above, point by point. He answered none of it. Not the listings, not the redemption, not the reports. Just four ways of saying "I don't know you." I'm not repeating my case for his benefit, and I'm not going to preview what I've preserved for the person it implicates. It's all preserved, and it goes to staff and the middleman privately, the same day you ask. One thing anyone can check without me: the exact Claude Max and Pro account I bought is still listed under his account, contact "Telegram - DMATT4," the handle I dealt with. It's on this site right now. The rest is his to argue with himself.
