Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below Couple days ago i was informed by the 2 victims about crazy scam case which was done by "seller" or better to say SCAMMER QLC https://www.playerup.com/qlc SHORT STORY : He sold 1 same account to 2 different buyers , non of them were refunded and at the end those scammer deleted game account so both victims lost their money + lost what they paid for This is a long case so before i start and show it from the beginning to end I want to explain who exactly are involved and their names you will see in the videos and screenshots: Game account https://swgoh.gg/p/145521821/ 1. Suds . He is Buyer 1 who paid and bought that game account on July 29 2023. He was playing normally from those date till February 25 when he decided to stop playing and then decided to come back to game on July 2025 2. QLC . The scammer who noticed that sold game account is inactive for some time, restore an access (he always had his form of access) and then sold game account again to Buyer 2 . When both victims faced the situation he left them without any form of refund and at the end deleted game account to cover his tracks 3. TheDarthKnight, Buyer 2 who paid for that account on April 17, 2025 and played till the moment when Buyer 1 decided to come back to the game . THE CASE On July 29 2023 Suds buy that account from QLC At those days game account has name Giova Suds got an access to game account but there is VERY VERY important moment : So QLC informed Buyer 1 that he will keep an access to game account thanks to transfer to device id on guest android account (its possible to do on any android emulators which was rooted with the help of Device ID changer program). QLC did and does that thing to EVERY account which was in his hands and it let him to do what he did with that game account From that time Suds played normally till February 2025 and spent lots of money into account development . more than 2000$ QLC noticed through his form an access that account is inactive and started to play on it , he brought that account to his own guild lol . Everything is visible in swgoh gg profile of that account . The period of inactivity of game account was from March 2025 till April 2025, Suds already didnt play at that time period and in April 2025 scammer started to play on game account which he sold almost 2 years ago . WDT is guild which QLC created https://swgoh.gg/g/pnY1A1HMRv6omUnlML2s0w/ you can see how that scammer advertised that guild to Buyer 2 , same guild link After restoring an access to that game account Scammer QLC made a selling thread for it and this is how Buyer 2 found that acc and decided to buy it IMPORTANT PART : there was selling thread so it couldnt be any "mistake" or "error" or "confuse". That was done by scammer intentionally to make a profit again from the account which was inactive . In next conversation Scammer told to Buyer 2 that he OWN that account , means real owner, just imagine it lol So Buyer 2 thought that he is getting an account from real owner, there were not any red flags for him and he paid the money and received an access to game account on April 17 2025 Game account was transferred to Apple ID of Buyer 2 + his email was attached to EA connect of game account and he started to play on it In June 2025 due to his personal reasons Buyer 2 decided to sell that acc and started to discuss that question with Scammer QLC, they took an agreement about the price and QLC made selling thread on player up again for that account IMPORTANT PART : so it was pretty simple for Scammer to take a decision about selling fraudulent account , no any hesitation as you could see , just earn money , nothing else ... And in the July 2025 Buyer 1 decided to come back to the game , run it and saw that his account under active control , pretty soon both Buyer 1 and Buyer knew about each other through guild where the account was and started to communicate + of course first what they did - contacted scammer to listen how it happened You see ? some lame excuses and nothing else. "some error". "some confusion" + walls of text just to hide the real scam which he did intentionally Since that moment Scammer started to do 3 things 1. Play for time with all possible methods 2. Not to communicate with both victims together . It let him to lie face to face each of them 3. Change the conditions of the possible refund to each victim What he NEVER DID - admit his "fault/error/confusion " and apologize for it and of course he never refund anyone so from middle of July there wasn't any decision taken , there were not any active communication from Scammer side till the beginning of August , scammer simply disappeared for 3 weeks From the middle of July till nowadays , after 3 months Buyer 1 didnt get any money from scammer For Buyer 2 situation was even worse , scammer stopped to answer him in the beginning of August , full ignorance and no refund of course VERY IMPORTANT PART : On September14 or 15 game account was deleted . It means in game settings of that account from any form of access were pressed special button Delete Account which lead to deleting absolutely all access to game account + at the same moment account gets random nickname automatically . Hadriel Jetberg is random game nickname , account was deleted and both Buyers lost their forms of access Logically non of Buyers were interested in that action , no any profit for them thanks to that action , so there is only person who could did it and for whom that action was profitable - scammer QLC . Buyer 2 when he faced that he doesnt have an access to game account anymore simply deleted his discord account and tried to let the situation even despite he lost huge amount of money. Whole Case is in front your eyes, 2 people scammed , the scammer is active and still selling other accounts and making money, no any refund, game account is deleed. Its a real crime where people lost more than 1000$ overall and the person who scammed them simply disappeared . Real actions should be taken THE Conclusion: QLC is professional scammer who keeps an access to all accounts which were in his hands. He is watching to sold accounts if they still active or not and he can sell you such inactive account AVOID AT ALL COSTS I dont know if player up finally brake his activity but the community will be prepared and buyers/sellers wont trust him anymore . @Hulk @Middleman @Support
