I paid Darcelle $200 USD using a Binance gift card in exchange for a Snapchat account, as agreed between us. Darcelle is a Premium member, which made me trust him and believe that he was a legitimate and trustworthy seller. After I completed the payment, he did not provide me with the Snapchat account. His Telegram username is @s_pstore. After receiving the payment, he blocked me and deleted our Telegram conversation. I later contacted him using another account and informed him that I had filed a dispute/complaint against him. However, he still did not provide the Snapchat account or refund my $200. He did not provide me with an email address, so I cannot provide one. I have proof of payment and other available evidence showing our agreement and the transaction. I can provide screenshots, payment proof, Telegram evidence, and any other evidence required. I am requesting that this transaction be investigated and that my full payment of $200 USD be refunded because I paid for a Snapchat account but never received it.
