Although it's probably very much a extremely obvious point that I'm making, this guy is, by all means of the word, a scammer. I contacted him pretending to be gullible just to see what the spiel is and obviously he started giving me lots of shady steps and then I must have either been too good at pretending to be dumb or he is extremely dumb more than initially suspected because he then quizzed me at the end after his big explanation almost like A teacher gives you an assignment. He literally said, so, let's see if you learned anything. Explain to me what you do once I provide you the card. Explain in detailed steps. STAY AWAY. also, Even if his service was legitimate, which is absolutely it is not. It would get your account banned.
