Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below I purchased a tik tok account from this scam artist and I sent him the paypal. He sends me an account that is not anything like we talked about, I was needing an account that can do affiliate in the United States. He says that he has a better account but will be more money, so we message back and fourth and agree upon an additional $30 for the other account. I send him the first account back, he sends me this other account that again is totally different than we talked about. It cannot do affiliate in the US, so I ask him for a refund since he said he already had another buyer for this account. He was trying to get me to give him more money for this account and I told him no. He says no refunds and blocks me. Looking online it appears that he does this quite often to people. Bait and switch on an account and sends you an account that cannot do any of the features I needed. Stay away from this guy, total scammer.
