    So I have a lot of account with 1-5 games on it and all games or recent one are all VHS skill on dotabuff.
    You can buy it and can pump it to 100 hours and easily get a rating of around 4k or above. Some accounts can be pumped to even 6k (immortal).
    I will note that the games which are on account will be in VHS skill but after sale it depends on the gameplay of player and various factors to pin VHS in account( You can continue to be in vhs if you have nice KDA, TD, HD and many factors just dont feed and afk)
