    I want an account with a Gold border. Current ranking doesn't matter, but I assume if you had a Gold ELO S2, you'd have a decent ranking S3. Don't need skins I need enough champs to do ranked And complete runes for top, mid, OR jungle...as long as you have one of them that's fine. I'm not looking to spend a fortune, so don't come at me with accounts with 100 + champs and 2 skins for each of them...
