Dont worry since you used Middleman Service the money is with them already. Are you the seller or the buyer? I got confused a bit since you put Im the Buyer but in your additional information that after they got the account they never came back.
I am the buyer. The seller used Epic's support to take back the account, after I paid him and he never replied back.
He had the info such as credit card numbers, which he used to identify his ownership and epic gave him access to the account I bought.
The status is already set to seller-confirm delivery. Again I want to make it clear, he took the after a few months from the transaction.
Here you go, I tried to contact Epic support, giving them as much information as possible to verify my ownership, but I failed, so I contacted the seller through email, I sent him 2 separate emails, but no reply.
Did you purchase insurance? This user has sadly scammed you, you bought an account and he recovered it. This is sadly apart of account sales online. If you didn't buy insurance there isn't much we can do, the most we can do is to get the account banned. If you purchased anything on the account, refund it and it'll get the account banned as well.
@Ryan what about partially guaranteed transactions? I don't want a refund, just the account back. Can't you guys help me get it back? You must have such information which will convince the Epic support that I am the leader. I tried to get the account banned but Epic didn't and the transaction ticket was no proof in their eyes. I spent around $100 extra buying v-bucks, I just do not want to let it go.
@Middleman I don't think that this much information will be enough to prove by ownership. And this is not current info of the account. The email is current, I think. But the password was changed by the Buyer. And when will my account be updated to "Verified" status?
