    well, im not inactive i just waiting for my last payment its been a month ago (both buyer and seller already confirmed delivery) and middleman didnt response to that 3 way conversation

    so i just assume that there is some error to the middleman service, thats why i didnt deliver the other product until this transaction finish

    You shouldn't delay orders because of this but instead open a ticket in urgency if you have another transaction delayed or held up here. We didn't know this was still pending until you just told us now.

    We have paid you for every single transaction prior to this so why delay other potential orders because of this?

    Next time open a ticket with support so we can resolve this versus "holding" on other orders as we assumed you were no longer actively delivering so suspended you temporarily until you communicated.

    This is resolved. Please cashout your balance.

    1. The order wasn't completed when our team checked it and if this happens and you still see a yellow tag that says Submit Payment Information, then all you need to do to fix this is "Request Payment" again. It takes just seconds to request a payment again which could have prevented this issue from happening.

    2. You'll need to re-list your items for sale. Either reopen your thread and mark them for sale again or reopen a new thread. We had to disable them because you were inactive.
