    Her original name as appeared on PayPal link was Mariany Vasquez

    I connected with her on email and around 44 emails were exchanged. She set up a Paypal link to buy the channel. but she said the money is blocked and I will refund it. She again sent a friend's Paypal link, on which again the money was blocked.
    This happened 3 times with her 3 different friend's Paypal account.
    Money sent, Money blocked by Paypal, and then she refunds back.
    In the meantime, we started a chat on WhatsApp:- +1 (249) ***-****.
    Out of frustration, she said she will sell it to someone else as Paypal is not allowing payment in our bank account, or another last option is through Skrill.
    I feared losing a good channel. I said ok I will send half payment first and then you deliver channel and then another half of payment will be sent by me.

    But after 24 hrs there is no reply from her side. No reply to my sent emails. No reply to WhatsApp.
    So, out of frustration, I enquired on the listed channel about the owner and found their email id. I connected with them and found that the channel is not on sale and someone has done fraud.
    But the person has sent me screenshots of the channel analytics which only an owner can access. For which I got a reply that nothing was real except the Subscribers.
    So, I was cheated with fake screenshots and information.

    I have a screenshot of all conversations including PayPal, Skrill, Whatsapp, and the email's exchanged b/w us.

    Kindly help me in getting my money back.
    It is a very large amount and basically a situation to die for me.

    Hello, @Middleman. Kindly look into this issue and any help in the recovery of my money. If my money can't be recovered at least help others never get scammed from her.

    Went ahead and suspended her.

    If this was sent with your bank, I'd suggest calling them up and stating this was an unauthorized charge.

    The process went like this. I signed up with Skrill and added Money to Skrill.
    And then the money in my wallet on the skrill website was used to transfer to the concerned person.
    Also, I have contacted the skrill for a disputed transaction.
    So, kindly help in which step I can contact the bank for an Unauthorized charge.
    Any instruction, in this case, will be greatly appreciated.

    You call up your bank to claim it is an unauthorized charge. That is all you have to do.

    Only do this if it fails via skrill support.

    0 Feedback Seller and you opted to go forward paying by a non secure payment option that may not be able to be reversed in Skrill? Bad move. Contact Skrill and ask what you can do. Learn from this and use middleman services which would have 100% protected you here.

    Please read this guide (Guide - Combat Fraud Service). All we need is the scammers full name and address and we can assist you further.

    What can you do next to resolve this issue?
    Since this is a PayPal transaction, you need to immediately go to PayPal and open a dispute hopefully before the seller moves those funds. In order to do that, go to your paypal receipt, and see the area where it says resolution or dispute payment. Open a dispute and provide them as much proof as possible. Contact PayPal as well and ask them what you need to do to win a dispute. Keep in constant communication with paypal. If you sent the payment by family and friends then unfortunately those funds are lost as you cannot dispute those payments and we strongly advise against sending friends and family payments in the future even if the seller requires it you can easily say no. For more information, please contact PayPal.

    How can I protect myself in the future?
    We strongly advise that you don't conduct business offsite. This is the #1 way scammers attract buyers and sellers is they lure them offsite and then bait them into anything because they have no consequences for their actions. If you did business on site, then disregard this message as the majority of scams are done offsite.

    The person has created another account with the name " HABITCH " and added a different country but the same WhatsApp number.
    Before banning her ---> Is there any way to get my money back from the person.
