i wont share much information publicly to avoid a ban(yes i am looking at you quora employee/moderator) the account was recently partnered in german. you can connect your paypal without any hassle. you can make more money with asking and answering questions in german as you don't have as much competition. you can also just translate some english questions if you can't come up with any. Also. when a account is partnered in one language it's considerably easier to become partnered in another language as well. so you could use this account to get partnered in english without having to compete as hard. while still being able make money off of posts in german, possibly your mother language.
