Hey guys i purchased a 50 pound item from a certain online store for $420. It was delayed by the carrier 5 days for unknown reasons. When it did finally come, Unfortunately I live in an apartment complex, so it was signed for and left at the front office. I attempted to refund it but was told by the company rep that I would have to contact the person who signed for the package and then call them back to so I can give them an update on the item before I can be given a replacement or refund. I have contacted them 2 times since then and have been told the same thing due to the previous rep leaving notes on the case. Do you guys know any way I can get around this requirement if talk to the office person or is this refund just love you? Thanks for your help!
