    The title of the in-game message is "About Your Worldpay Order Refund Request". They first sent one on 02/19/2921, and I didn't think much of it. There might have been more before I even bought and took control of the account. I wouldn't have known though if there was. They then sent another one 02/25/2021, and I started to worry. They sent another one on 03/11/2021 (3rd one that I've seen). I'm getting even more worried. This is when I first contacted the seller with the issue.

    The seller told me he/she was not the original owner of this account. I bought an account from the seller on 2/6/2021. This account was apparently in at least 2 hands before me (seller & "original owner").

    Someone charged back the premium currency bought on this account in this game. I literally cannot do anything about the chargebacks/refunds.

    Now fast-forward to today (4/10/2021) I logged in and saw the message of refund abuse. They sent the in-game message on 04/08/2021. I didn't login till now.

    The account is now sitting at -20240 primogems. If this amount is still in the negative when the genshin team checks again... this account will be banned. It's only a matter of days.

    The only way to save this account is to have a non-negative balance on primogems. I can save this account by buying back all the primos that the "original owner" refunded/charged back. However, that's a lot (might be more if there's more refunds in the process) + $200 I paid for the account. It's just not worth it for me.

    I would like to refund this guy without having any problem against him. He has got messages that the original owner was trying to refund and they warned us that it may cause a ban. I contacted the original owner but that guy totally didn't listen to me. Today, buyer got a message that first-original owner has refunded the money and account will be banned soon if he doesn't pay for the -primogems. that's worth of 200$+ primos that buyer doesn't want to pay.
    So, i would like to refund this guy if possible.

    Hello...? May I get an update on this middleman? It doesn't seem like I got refunded in the form of credits or anything really.

    They have a lot of stuffs to do, so be patient please. Your money will be refunded to you but it may take a bit more time. Furthermore, I warned you when you decided to cancel that it would take a long time. So, please stop spamming here all the time. The only thing you will get by this way will be warning point to your account.

    Good Luck - waiting a year sounds about right or they will close website. I been waiting 6 months for a refund - I even tried to use credit but not response from MM - total $210
