This is a starter account. An incredibly low end starter account.
That's for both characters combined.
By the time a player reaches level 30 they will have enough money to purchase +15 versions of those weapons off the market.
You've taken crap weapons and upgraded them for some unfathomable reason.

I could create a new account and grind to level 58 (with no assistance) and have as much silver in five hours. I could probably match the weapons in that time frame, too, but why would I waste upgrade materials on disgusting green weapons?
