I just want justice for this. You must understand how you guys are in my position. I also do not care @Rolan @Hulk @Admin does not banned his account, this will be taught me how the playerup site and the seller with many reputations such as ripple
Considering how generally bad paypal support is, 32 days isn't that long of time. They get thousands of requests everyday and it takes a while for them to process every single suspicious payment.
So right now, @Ripple has provided his documentation. We have to wait for PayPal. Nothing we can do. If we ban him like you're proposing we do with @Ripple, you get nothing and that doesn't resolve anything. So you'll need to be patient here as well.
I had a 4 hour wait time on the phone with PayPal today and all they could do for me was setup a tech support ticket and get back with me later so yes their support is bad but really almost all big companies supports are bad these days.
Yeah I agree, it took me about 3 months to sort out a payment for something. It sucks but you gotta deal with it.

You dont have to disrespect us MODS here. You're acting as if we get something out of here when its not going your way, well let me tell you this now, we dont. Keep in mind we GAME MODS are NON-EMPLOYEE and only Community MOD, our job here is to assist on disputes and answer general questions. Let me break it down for you here and why the banning of @Ripple that you wanted so bad is not happening at least YET. 1. NO, its not because he's a PRO SELLER that he's not getting banned. Its because; 2. He addressed the dispute probably soon as he saw it 3. He's regularly updating you here in this dispute 4. He's keeping in touch with PayPal to get the issue with your payment resolved This is how people gets suspended/banned particularly if they have on-going dispute regardless of their PlayerUp status. 1. Not addressing the dispute 2. Still actively selling even tho there's on-going dispute against them 3. Still not address the dispute, after being given time to respond. 4. They get Suspended/Banned
The mods are doing all they can to ensure the best possible result of the situation comes out, it is not their fault for what is occurring so you need not blame them. There is no point begging for him to be banned when he has presented able support for the situation and is trying his hardest to get the money to you.
