How do I cancel my order?
If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:
1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation

Follow what @Middleman instructed you to do and provide evidence as much as possible to show that the account you delivered to the buyer is what you described. We give both parties chances to defend themselves here.
