    Hello!

    It has been a month since the buyer has received the account for order # 695000381. It was initially due as a Bank Transfer (Global) and never received an update for the payment. I have since updated the payment option to Paypal.

    I would not post here but unfortunately tickets have been of no help and I have never gotten support from private conversations in regards to the problem.

    Per the logs this was already resolved yesterday. Payment was delayed errors you switched to paypal now processing and you should be good to go. Some payment methods are easy to send with, some aren't. We recommend to users instant options such as paypal, skrill, payza, any cryptocurrency and other similar payment options.
