FTP File access (Most hosts provide these free of charge). Console access (you will need to provide me with it while I create the server, you can revoke permissions after). I am NOT a builder. If you would like a well made spawn I suggest downloading a schematic / world, or making one yourself. I can not program you your own plugin scripts. I am, however, experienced in configuring and troubleshooting plugins. If you like, you may use a MM we both agree on or pay me half first and half when the job is done. If I for some reason can not complete your request, I will refund your payment.
