Stole Money Middleman on Instant Messenger

    I asked a middleman to chat on what's aupp because it's abit faster and then he took all of my crossfire account details and then he said i'm still with you dont worry and then he is not answer since 4-5hours... i didnt get the Prepaid Riot Point card that i suppose to have... help ??

    i sent the other sses to middleman but i cant send them here ?
    he was called middleman here J0kerca i guess and i asked him in conversation and i gave him my number on whatsapp and thats how he contacted me

    Contact the game support to retrieve your account back. You have been scammed.

    I am not sure how and what to tell people who has been scammed by someone claiming to be a staff. There are guideslines that are already available in the site for everyone to see yet only few cares to read them and those who didnt will blame the site only because they got scammed on their platform.

    well you are confusing your members it says he is a middleman then he scams ? i dont even know what to tell the game support... im selling the acc cheap and yet i got scammed ? wth

    All middleman transactions are conducted on PlayerUp.com only. Never release any information, perform any service or release any payments if you're a seller unless @middleman contacts you through the Conversation Ticket System. PlayerUp Middleman Services will never contact you through e-mail, discord, steam, facebook, whatsapp, kik, skype, or any 3rd party service. If somebody contacts you offsite claiming they are from PlayerUp, it is a scam.

    @Mario Magdi Basically they are saying that there is a guide on how to buy and sell on here and the first thing it says is that middleman will never contact you unless on this site via PM
