    The VIP Level Really only intakes the upfront cost spent at the time of each update to expedite leveling up characters and acquiring materials.

    It does not represent the actual build of the account and how well it is maintained. I have seen plenty of higher VIP accounts that have far less than what I have.

    Price is Neg as long as it is reasonable of course. For a mediocre VIP account I think most would agree the character acquisition and leveling is quite advance.

    Also take into account that monthly subs do not count towards VIP.
