You will basically make payment to playerup, who'd then initiate a 3-way ticket between you me and them. You can access this ticket by going to "conversation" button with the mail icon at the top right. From then I won't receive any money from your payment until they have verified you got the product.

I emailed asking them and as they say it's impossible to change email linked to game account, you won't have access to that email itself.

That being said, you can just change the game account's password after I give them to you, and that's the best solution I have for you sorry.
I know it's hard to trust some random guy on internet but I really just want to make back some of my time and money put into the game as I'm no longer interested in playing anymore.
