Fraud - Need To Take Action Intoyo (Philip Jones) No access to account, has everything, doesn't answer me.

    Long story short:

    I got account and email but Intoyo wanted to get the email back because the email (outlook) also had his xbox account which he wanted. He changed the xbox email but he has the original email back. He can keep it because he also has paypal and all his stuff. He doesn't want to change the email on the epic games (fortnite) account. I want my money back or him to cooperate.

    User is still scamming his Fortnite "accounts" on Youtube and elsewhere using this platform as a means of doing it.

    A bit of shame nothing is being done about it.

    Update, he got his account back, I look up the username on the account, and it doesn't show the stats anymore. He got the account back & changed the name.     Ok sorry for butting in but I believe you can not change Epic Games emails. The only way to do so is to contact Epic Games directly, which would need billing info and time.
