So in addition wow offered 2 years ago a free diablo 3 to anyone who agreed to pay there wow subscription for 12 months. I got an account that didn't accept the offer. Gave blizzard a call told them i thought i accepted the offer i must not have clicked it. My account did infact pay for 12 months without missing payment. Guy told me he can't. Promo was over. Asked for supervisor and he gave me Diablo. Be polite play foolish. Good luck all.
