The user who scammed you lives in Venezuela. So he's in a war torn country where he can die if he gets caught with 120$... if that's any consolation. It's a shitty thing on both ends.

He contacted me after my son was robbed with an account for sale stating he felt sorry for my son long story short today I asked him for this PayPal info as I was going to put my distrust of him aside he told me he will only accept payment through PayPal as friends and family which takes the protection away from me right scammer????
