    For me I already opened dispute and seller got suspended even I have 2 months insurance but it seemed he got paid out. And my case still open and no one is trying to help refund my money, and for sure it is PlayerUp's fault and responsibility but they are claiming with excuse of having thousands of tickets to resolve.

    They should as I paid for two months insurance for my paid money and no one taken a serious action since I opened the dispute and now they are telling me seller has be paid out!!! This is so fishy to me honestly and not professional at all, you feel you are secured but suddenly you get screwed with automated messages and no real MM is trying to respond or communicate at least.

    I'm curious, will you work on it for a long time? can't you just send a debt collection company to this cheater to give you the money back? you have such an opportunity, I don't know why you don't do anything about it ...
