Now i know this is my first post on this forum so i can empathize with the skepticism!! however i believe i have the offer that every eve pilot has been waiting for! YES.....cheap isk!! We are talking 18$ as a standard rate per bil!! and even cheaper in bulk!! This is not a "im leaving eve and want to sell my isk" thing, this is on going!!
