Exploiting Fake Middleman Scam

    I gave the buyer my account. He's already using my account and he already spent all my diamonds in the game. What is happening ??? it's an expensive account !!!

    This is a fake email. We don't contact you by e-mail asking you to do anything other than message us on PlayerUp and why would we use a @gmail.com to e-mail you?

    Did you read the knowledge base / faq sellers guide listed in every section of this site before you did business? If so, it says:

    Do you use K,I,K, Skype, or another messenger service?
    No. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons. Anyone who attempts to contact you through a 3rd party messenger claiming they are us is fraudulent.

    When should I release my account information to the buyer?
    Never release your account information unless (@Middleman) contacts you through the PlayerUp Conversation Ticket System. We will never contact you through e-mail, K,I,K, skype, or any 3rd party service. All middleman transactions are done through PlayerUp.com for security reasons.

    I'm not familiar with Mobile Legends. Can you report somebody hacked into your account and get the game publisher to restore it?

    With Blizzard for example, they have a battle.net recovery.

    Well .. since this is not Playerup fault, I can't blame you guys. Thank you for letting me know though I will try to contact the game to get back my account. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

    I hope you get your account back. For people new to the site getting an e-mail might seem plausible, but if you looked into how middleman is done you'd know it was a scam. I'm sorry it happened though. Good luck.
