    He agree to sell his account for the price of $40.00 and I pay him $40.00 but he gave me a code that is invalid .. I even add him on Facebook .. but he disappeared . In other words he just scammed me.

    I never thought there is a need for a middle man. All i know that these is a good site. That is my mistake. I thought he is a good person he added me on Facebook so I can show him the printscreen of my paypal payment transaction. Afterwarss he gave me an invalid code. Then he dissapeared and make himself offline.

    So the PayPal payment is being disputed? Can you show proof of this?

    This is why you need a middleman. You may feel confident you can do the transaction yourself, but it's really a 50-50 shot everytime.
