If the seller approves the buyers request for a refund, please click on Change Order Status and select the "Seller - Cancellation Request" option. If the seller denies the buyers refund request, please respond back stating your reason and a middleman agent will respond to your rebuttal shortly.

      If in event you need to cancel your order, please go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket.

      Step 2: Change Order Status To Cancelled
      In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order. If you don't have a 3 way conversation ticket yet, post in your pre middleman order startup ticket that you wish to cancel your order.

      Step 3: Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
      Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.

    so, nothing except middleman telling me to change the order to canceled and i trying to get an answer.
    i change the order 6/1/2020
    and nothing change since that day, no answer
    always automated middleman message telling me the same thing again (changing the statut to canceled)

    it's been litteraly a month since i'm waiting for a refund.

    Ok i got the refund (5$)
    (just hope i'm not gonna have fee if i buy for 5$ ( when i used skrill i had to paid 5.14)
