    so apparently you guys know this guy and you know he has scammed people before.
    but is there anyway you guys can help me? or is this just me being stupid and having to face the consequences myself?

    You need to dispute the payment through PayPal and/or your card in which you issued the money.

    We can't do anything for you as you didn't use middleman.

    hey i got my money back cuz i contacted my bank. they helped me out:) but thanks for your help and banning the guy!!
