Sold [Buying] WTB HHC 1-90 power level - any build (safest preferably for hardcore league)

I lost my main (81 berserker) to a disconnect on Harbringer Hardcore. I work 50 hour weeks so it is painful to re-level characters, alas hardcore is the only way i play.

I would like to get a 1-90 Hardcore Harbringer leveled with all ascendancy points and gear to work with lv 75 labrinth runs (not uber).

I have $125 USD for this with around 70c currency for getting some gear at lv 90.
