Buyer is spamming our threads and calling us scammer even after receiving his refund

    5. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed


    The buyer purchased 1k Youtube subscribers earlier this week. His order took a little longer to be sent for processing due to some technical reasons. We could not update the current status of his order to him because our team was offline for the past 48 hours, and the announcement was intimated to all customers on the support group [Image-a].

    The deadline for the order was 72(+8) hours, which was crossed, and the Buyer reached out to us raising his concern. As he did not want to continue with his order, we immediately refunded him ON THE SAME DAY as soon as our team was back online [Image-b]. Now the Buyer is spamming our threads [Image-c] and slandering our services by calling it "fake". He is also leaving misleading feedbacks where he is calling us "scammers" [Image-d].

    As a business we follow the standard procedures;
    -Advertise our product
    -Accept an order
    -Deliver as advertised or Refund fully

    The Buyer was already refunded as per his eligibility and THERE WAS NO SCAM INVOLVED HERE. This feedback needs to be removed because now he is trying to slander our reputation by misleading our future buyers.

    Never buy this service waste of time. you are involved in illegal activities. this seller is providing spam service. He blocked me from reply to his post. because he is afraid to view his real image. fake sellers. he always pretends himself. and reply with that we are offline and we unable to reply to you. so, if you are always offline. do not do business here. go get a good sleep fake seller.

    Claim-1: Involved in illegal activities
    Response: PlayerUp is one the most secure place to do P2P transactions. Even outside PlayerUp, we work as a registered company and everything about us is legal and verified, both in PlayerUp and in our website. The legality of our business will be judged by Middleman, not you.​

    Claim-2: Seller is providing spam service
    Response: As already mentioned, the order was canceled and refunded. You never received our services at all. You cannot judge the quality of something you have not even received.
    Claim-3: Blocked me from reply to his post
    Response: Before purchasing any service, you agree to the TOS of both PlayerUp and our company. Here is the warning against spamming the sale threads;

    Claim-4: Reply with that we are offline
    Response: Just like any other company we have fixed working hours which is already mentioned in our TOS. We are not available 24x7.

    The standard time for response is 24-48 business hours. We have hundreds of messages to reply on PlayerUp, Whatsapp, Emails, Discord etc. We only reply based on the queue system. You need to wait for your ticket. We are not available for instant chit-chats, we need 24-48 hours to respond to a new message like every other seller.
    Claim-5: Always offline
    Response: Just because we were facing some technical issue and took more than 24 hours to respond to you, does not mean we are always offline. If we were "sleeping", we wouldn't have completed thousands of successful transactions with fully satisfied customers.
    Claim-6: Fake seller

    YOU WERE FULLY REFUNDED ON THE SAME DAY YOUR ORDER GOT CANCELED. There was no fakery, no fraud and NO SCAM involved. You cannot call someone a scammer who has provided you full refund after canceling your order, or else you need to check the dictionary.​

    Are responsible sellers like us going to be labelled as scammers as well? Even after we are refunding all canceled orders promptly on the same day, do we still fall under the category of scammers?



    The buyer was refunded on the same day when he canceled the order [Image-b]. Soon after receiving his refund, he started spamming our threads and left feedback calling us SCAMMER, fake, illegal and many other baseless accusations.
    Our team promptly issue refunds on the same day for all canceled orders and we have never scammed anyone. If fake sellers who are cheating customers to steal their money and responsible sellers like us who are following the strict selling guidelines, are going to be labelled as the same, then it will encourage fake sellers to keep scamming customers. Because whether they cheat the customers or do the right thing, they will be called the same, so why not keep on cheating the customers?



    What will be the line that separate responsible sellers like us from fake scammers? If even after following strict selling guidelines, we are still going to be categorized as the same, then what is the criteria that give distinction to the two kind of sellers? WILL THERE BE A SELLER PROTECTION ON THIS SITUATION?

    This user has also been suspended for violating the TOS of PlayerUp. This is exactly what he did to us. Soon as he got the refund, he spammed all our threads with fake comments calling us scammer. And left a fake review calling us fake and scammer.

    How is refunding immediately after order cancellation categorized as scamming or fake selling? He himself seems to be fake with his baseless accusations and suspicious activities.
