Help with systemmsg.dat / epilogue

Hello all and forgive me if this thread is in the wrong place... I'm playing in a low rate server (dont know if allowed to say the name) and i;m trying to change the colors of the systemmsg-e.dat with the program Heisers Sys Editor, the thing is that when i first tryed i succeded and all was fine. Now that the admin from the server released a new system folder, i cant edit the file. When i use the Heisers Sys Editor when i try load file it gives me an error message without opening the string lines... Anyone can help me ? I dont know what else info is needed for some1 to help me so plz ask me and i'll give all the info i can. Everybody says that's the file is untouchable...!!!! Is anyone that can do something?

Hallo erstmal ============= Also ich nutze den Walker schon etwas Länger und ich habe mich schon immer gefragt wie das Funzt und wie man es eingeben mus .... Und zwar geht es um Die Socks 5 Proxy einstellung im IG Walker *zur zeit die IG W7 OracleL2Walker2.17f version* Ich benutze den Walker auf den Offizellen TEON Server von L2. Da man mit der einstellung nach einen DC wieder automatisch neu enwält were es toll es zu wissen wie es Funzt .... Weil jedesmal wenn ich da rum *Prutsche* habe ich entweder DC oder es klappt einfach nicht Also ich habe mal ein Bild angehangen wodran man erkennt was ich eigentlich WILL Ach so Sorry das ich diese "Kleine" Frage nicht auf english stelle aber mein Englisch ist nicht so doll und bevor alle hier vom Stuhl fallen vor lachen , sollen sie lieber wegen meinen Rechtschreibfehlern lachen die nicht GANZ so schlimm sind.
