    Question: Does verification have to finish before you can buy the account and the order opens. Because last time i tried to buy an account the ticket never opened and the account sold to someone else even though i was there first. Was it because the account sold to someone else or was it because I wasnt verified. Asking here because no one will tell me anyewhere else.
