    Middleman said after the seller responds in the 3 way conversation they will decide or they will provide the next step. Its been a week or two and still nothing from them @freechest

    They are probably still waiting for the seller to respond. Ask @Middleman to refund you if the seller does not respond within 72 hours because the seller is obviously trying to escape his scam.
