Moving this to resolved for now since basically you haven't been scammed as your payment is fully protected under PlayerUp Middleman Services which is the good news here. We reached out to the seller gave him 48 hours to respond. If no response, we'll automatically cancel and send your funds back to your account. That's the worst case scenario. Best case scenario is the seller cooperates and resolves this. Any other information you have for us, please update your private conversation ticket. After 48 hours, click change order status, hit the CANCEL BUYER option and then we'll close out this transaction shortly afterwards.
The seller wont respond he hasn't been on since 3/27 and I have been trying to contact him, is there anyway I can just get my money now and buy another account, if I have to wait through the process I'm fine with that but even after I bought the account I constantly asked him to help with things account related and he's never answered

So now what, its been 2 days and he has responded, we both have stated are reasoning on what happened. Whats the next step. We have been waiting for a middleman agent for days to help us settle this
My advice is that you just take your money back and buy a new account, whether this was a scam attempt or a genuine 'hacking' incident. You should not be dealing with this hassle. Gl.
Per @Middleman They see your ticket and they'll be updating it shortly. They were waiting for the sellers response on something.
If you haven't already, return everything to the seller. That will fast forward your cancellation. If this was already done, then @Middleman will close out your order on the next reply from them. Make sure your order shows as Buyer Cancelled by changing your order status.
But the seller keeps saying the account is hacked and that he doesn't have it either, but that can't be true because the only persons email on that account was his and he said it was hacked cause my device was infectious, I just got this fun a week before I got his account
