    I am willing to buy a level 30 account . Well i dont really want a lot of content in it . NO RANKED GAMES Champs Well , i dont really care about the champs it will have. If it is possible to have lee , sona , signed , corki . Runes Basic runes , or IP to buy them. (Basics i mean , AD and AP Quinc , armor seals , mr glyphs , whatever marks.) Skins I dont want skins lawl Basically i want a level 30 account with not many champs . If you got no runes , no problem i will buy them . The less things in the account , the less i will pay , this is my target
