Was this a Middleman transaction @aboodah If so, username details should be sent via the 3-way ticket. If you sent them via Snapchat then send them through the middleman 3-way convo as well. If this isn't via Middleman, please provide proof that you sent account details to him.

Why would you not send it via our site like what he asked? You just made it difficult for you since you know the message gets deleted after being viewed. Also since you already used our site before you should know how our site works, not picking any sides but you don't have a proof that you sent it.
If you can't prove you sent the account then we're going to assume you didn't. Nobody sends an account through snapchat that deletes after viewing... that makes NO sense at all. You know how PlayerUp works... you know how snapchat works. This is way too convenient for you... you would be angry if a seller did this to you so if you want to fall back on "not my fault" then we're forced to suspend you. Suspension put in place until this is resolved.
