    This works because the game does not track what this company is doing , whether its refunding(which i have personally done) or any other ways to get discounts through the google market place such as location changes ect ect.

    I used this service and it was great. Keep in mind that you may feel bad about getting some packs cheaper but you also need to realize that there are TONS of other players that get packs free(through refunding) or very # too.

    If you have to ask, then no it isn't safe. They just stated they're barely getting started. They're now going to continue monitoring everyones accounts to keep banning people doing this.
