Policies: Refund and Cancellation

As a retailer of digital video game products, we rely on this Return and Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. When a customer contacts us by phone, ticket or email, our initial response is to assist getting technical support or customer service for the customer from the vendor of the product that the customer purchased. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control, in which case a return or a cancellation may be processed.

Our return policy for all products is as follows:

- Customers requesting a return for services located in our SHOP under the category USE CREDITS should note that these purchases aren't eligible for a return and/or refund if the service has been completed. If the service hasn't been completed, you are entitled to a full refund without any cancellation fees.

- Customers requesting a return for services located in our SHOP under all other categories with the exception of USE CREDITS should note that these purchases are eligible for a return and/or refund depending on the premium pro sellers return policy. If the return policy isn't displayed in their listing, please contact them for further information.
