How do I find my order number when activating my buy / purchase middleman order?

After completing payment through PlayerUp Middleman Services, you're forwarded to a page where you need to "Activate Your Order". If your order number is missing from the activate your order page, you can manually locate your order number by following these guides below:

Credit/Debit Card

If you paid by Credit Card, you should have received an automated email from us or an activate your order conversation ticket located here with an order number starting with 1 or 2. If you didn't receive this e-mail, open a ticket here and provide your payment e-mail address you entered when completing payment for this middleman transaction.

PayPal
If you paid by PayPal, you should have received an automated email from us or an activate your order conversation ticket located here with an order number which typically starts with the number 9 or 1. If you didn't receive this e-mail, use your PayPal Transaction ID Number given by PayPal as your order number.

Skrill/Neteller/Paysafe
If you paid by Skrill, Neteller or any Paysafe payment option, your Skrill/Neteller/Paysafe Order Number which typically starts with the number 2 is your order number.

Cryptocurrency
If you paid by cryptocurrency, you're not required to activate your order. This process is automatically handled on our end and no further steps are required.

PayOp
If you paid by Payop, your Payop Order Number which typically starts with the number 1 is your order number. If you didn't receive an order number from payop, open a ticket here and provide your payment e-mail address you entered when completing payment for this middleman transaction.

PaymentWall
If you paid by PaymentWall, your PaymentWall Order Number which typically starts with the letter B or W is your order number. If you didn't receive an order number from paymentwall, open a ticket here and provide your payment e-mail address you entered when completing payment for this middleman transaction.

All Other Payment Options
If you paid by another payment option and didn't receive an automated order number, open a ticket here and provide your payment e-mail address you entered when completing payment for this middleman transaction.

What happens if I accidentally entered the wrong order number?
If you entered the wrong order number, your middleman order will not activate as the system requires a valid order number. Typically a @middleman agent will manually fix this for you or reach out to you. However if you want to expedite and fix this on your end, please open a ticket with @middleman, inform them you recently bought / purchased an item and need to go back and activate the order again. An automated response will be sent to you where you can redo your activate your order submission.
